At Maame, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our store.
1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.

2. Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items (baby bedding, personal care items, and hygiene-sensitive products) are non-returnable.

A replacement may be provided instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes our quality check.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).

Refund timelines: 5ā7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5ā7 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds/cancellations may not be approved if:

The return request is made beyond the allowed period.

The product is returned without original packaging or shows signs of use/damage.

The product falls under non-returnable categories.
